The release date of Mahesh Babu-Samantha starrerDookudu, which is currently progressing at Chiran Fort, Begumpet in Hyderabad, has been confirmed. According to Anil Sunkara, one of the producers, Dookuduwill hit screens on September 23.
"We are going to release the film in a grand way and I am excited and looking forward to the release of the film," he said at the film's promotional function.
The unit is now canning a wedding song 'Adara Adaragottu' under the supervision of Dinesh Master and the ongoing schedule at Chiran Fort will continue for five more days, after which the unit will shoot an item song in a specially erected set at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.Dookudu is directed by Sreenu Vytla and produced by Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment.
